They say that when we look at the stars what we are seeing is the distant past… that the lights we see took millions of years to reach us.They say some of the stars in our sky may not even exist anymore, but we still see them because the light of their demise has not yet reached us. But if one of them were to flicker out of existence for us, somewhere else, further away than us, their light will continue to shine. In some way, in some form – they will exist forever. But light travels in all directions, ever onward ever outward and perhaps the stars we are seeing are looking back at our distant past whilst the light of each moment of our lives travels towards them. I love that thought…. That somewhere out there the light of each moment we share together still exists. That somewhere out there, in some way, in some form we will always be together …. and I will love you for a million years
